She earned her orthodontic degree from Saint Louis University and completed advanced training through the prestigious McLaughlin program in San Diego. Dr. Kalakech specializes in braces, Invisalign, and dentofacial orthopedics, and she's passionate about teaching families how to care for their teeth together at home. Beyond her practice, she gives back to the community by teaching dental hygiene to children and donating orthodontic treatment to Kinetic Kids, which supports San Antonio children with special needs.
