His path to the specialty began with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology at the University of Illinois at Chicago, followed by a Master of Science in Human Anatomical Sciences at Northern Illinois University. After dental school, Dr. Gohil completed a hospital-based general practice residency at Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago before returning to Indiana University for his endodontic residency. His research there focused on CBCT-guided treatment for complex endodontic cases, work he applies directly in practice. He chose to return to Chicago and join Lakeview Endodontics after completing all training.
