Dr. Benjamin Belavsky, DDS, MS, brings academic precision and genuine community ties to orthodontic care at Rosen Orthodontics in Buffalo Grove and Deerfield, Illinois. He earned his dental degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) College of Dentistry, graduating at the top of his class, and completed his advanced orthodontic residency at UIC, where he served as class president. During training, he received awards for outstanding leadership, scholastic performance, and compassionate patient care. His master's thesis on plaque removal was published in the International Journal of Dentistry and Oral Science. Dr. Belavsky then spent nearly a decade as an Assistant Professor in the UIC College of Dentistry Department of Orthodontics. He currently teaches biomechanics and treatment planning at Marquette University School of Dentistry, working directly with orthodontic residents in clinical settings. In 2022, he began his tenure as President of the Northwest Suburban Society branch of the Chicago Dental Society. Dr. Belavsky grew up in the northwest suburbs and is proud to serve the community he calls home.
