He earned his dental degree from UCLA School of Dentistry and specializes in working with children who have special health care needs, as well as children in underserved communities. Beyond his practice, Dr. Nobel founded Ticket To Smile, an organization that provides dental care to children in homes affected by domestic abuse, and he teaches the next generation of pediatric dentists as a faculty lecturer at UCLA.
