Dr. Donald Hoffman is a Doctor Emeritus at Precision Oral Surgery and Implants, a multi-location oral and maxillofacial surgery group serving north suburban Chicago across Highland Park, Park Ridge, Skokie, and Buffalo Grove. His surgical career spanned more than four decades and covered the full scope of oral and maxillofacial procedures, including dental implants, bone grafting, wisdom tooth removal, corrective jaw surgery, TMJ disorder treatment, oral pathology, and facial injury care. During his active clinical years, Dr. Hoffman helped build a practice that general dentists across the Chicago area have trusted for patient referrals for more than a generation. The team he helped develop introduced DIEM (All-on-4) full-arch implant solutions and one-day implant procedures, giving patients with significant tooth loss a same-day path to restored function. All surgical procedures, including intravenous anesthesia, are delivered in state-of-the-art outpatient surgical suites.
