He completed his dental degree at the University of Florida and finished specialized training in pediatric dentistry through a residency program at UF's College of Dentistry and Shands Hospital. Dr. Tarver focuses on preventive care and uses advanced techniques like sedation dentistry and behavior management to help children feel comfortable, and he's also trained to care for children with special needs.
