About This Provider
Dr. Emad Abdallah holds a Doctor of Dental Medicine and a Master of Science from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, with advanced certificates in both orthodontics and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders and orofacial pain. He is one of the first dentists in the country to earn board certification in TMJ disorder and facial pain management, a distinction he has held since 1996 as an active Diplomate of the American Board of Orofacial Pain. Since 1995, Dr. Abdallah has served as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where he contributes to teaching and research in his dual specialties. He has published extensively and lectures both nationally and internationally on orthodontics and orofacial pain. His dual-specialty focus sets him apart: Dr. Abdallah treats crooked teeth and bite problems while also identifying TMJ disorders and facial pain conditions that most orthodontists are not trained to detect. His approach is conservative and uses the most advanced and comfortable techniques available. With more than 20 years of clinical experience, he consistently uncovers overlooked problems and delivers better long-term outcomes for his patients.
