Dr. Jeffrey Babiuk earned his DDS from Loyola University Dental School in 1991 and completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Cook County Hospital in Chicago in 1995. That training at one of the region's busiest trauma centers gave him direct exposure to complex facial injury repair and reconstruction that few surgeons encounter in a residency. Since founding Grayslake Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1994, Dr. Babiuk has treated over 24,000 patients and administered IV anesthesia to more than 17,000 with an excellent safety record. He is the only surgeon in Northern Lake County currently offering Botox as a clinical treatment for TMJ dysfunction. Grayslake Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is also the only oral surgery practice in the Chicagoland area with an InstyMeds in-office prescription dispenser, so patients leave with their post-surgical medications in hand rather than stopping at a pharmacy while recovering. The practice pairs advanced imaging technology with a philosophy of personalized care and conservative, long-lasting results.
