Dr. Jacob Dachman is a board-certified pediatric dentist and Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry serving children throughout Rockford, Illinois and the surrounding region. He completed his specialized pediatric residency at Cincinnati Children's Hospital, consistently ranked the number one children's hospital in the nation, and received the AAPD Resident Recognition Award, given to only four residents nationwide each year. He also holds the Albert Schweitzer Fellowship for his work with children with special healthcare needs and the Jane Addams Distinguished Service Award. Dr. Dachman earned his undergraduate degree in Public Health Studies at Johns Hopkins University and his DMD from the University of Illinois at Chicago. A Rockford native, he founded Pediatric Dentistry of Northern Illinois to bring world-class pediatric dental care to families without requiring them to travel to a major city.
