About This Provider

Dr. Keith Phillips holds a D.M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and an M.S.D. with a certificate in Prosthodontics from the University of Washington. He is one of only a few prosthodontists in Washington State who is Board Certified by the American Board of Prosthodontics, a distinction earned through rigorous clinical and written examinations beyond the standard specialist license. In 2014, he became the first dentist in Washington State to earn a Certified Dental Technician credential with a specialization in implants, giving him direct knowledge of how implant restorations are fabricated as well as how they are placed and finished. Dr. Phillips has been named to the Seattle Met Top Dentist list every year since 2012. He served as Director of the Graduate Prosthodontics Program at the University of Washington from 1996 to 2004 and as Chief of Restorative Dentistry at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center. He currently holds affiliate associate professor appointments at the University of Washington, the University of Pennsylvania, and the University of Southern California, and lectures nationally and internationally on prosthodontic topics. He also holds an active Diplomate designation from the American Board of Orofacial Pain.
