Dr. Michael Singer holds dual board certifications as a Prosthodontist and a Maxillofacial Prosthodontist, completing six years of post-graduate training beyond dental school. He earned his DDS from Northwestern University Dental School, completed a Fellowship in Maxillofacial Prosthetics at the Naval Post-Graduate Dental School at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, and finished a graduate program in Orofacial Pain at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Singer served at the Prosthetic Program at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, reaching the rank of Colonel. He now practices at Dental & TMJ Specialists of Greater DC and serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the post-graduate Prosthodontic Residency Program at the University of Maryland Dental School, where he trains future prosthodontists in complex restorative procedures.
