Dr. Beau Moody, DMD, founded Edwardsville Family Dentist to give his hometown access to advanced dental care delivered by someone who genuinely knows the community. Born and raised in Edwardsville, IL, he completed his undergraduate studies at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville before earning his DMD from SIU School of Dental Medicine in 2009. Dr. Moody then sought out some of the most rigorous postgraduate training available, completing hundreds of hours of continuing education in dental implants, bone grafting, computer-guided surgical placement, oral sedation, extractions, and soft tissue management through the Implant Seminars program in San Francisco under internationally recognized instructor Dr. Arun Garg. That combination of hometown roots and surgical-level training means patients who need implants, complex restorations, or anxiety-free procedures rarely have to travel outside Edwardsville to get the care they deserve.
