Dr. Stuart R. Schelkopf is a board-certified prosthodontist and Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists at University Associates in Dentistry in downtown Chicago. He earned his DDS from the University of Illinois at Chicago, graduating salutatorian of his dental school class, before completing a specialty residency in advanced prosthodontics, a Master of Science in Oral Biology, and a fellowship in digital and implant dentistry at UIC. Dr. Schelkopf treats the full range of restorative and esthetic challenges, from porcelain veneers and smile makeovers to full-mouth reconstruction and complex conditions such as ectodermal dysplasia and cancer therapy-related dental damage. He works exclusively with master ceramists to produce porcelain results that look and function like natural teeth. His approach combines exacting attention to detail with a deliberate effort to keep patients informed and involved at every step of care.
