Dr. Wayne Aspito has practiced orthodontics in Des Plaines and the western suburbs of Chicago since 1984, building a career that now spans more than 40 years. He earned both his dental degree and his orthodontic specialty training at Loyola University School of Dentistry, then served as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Orthodontics there after completing his residency -- a faculty role that kept him connected to clinical research and teaching standards at the foundational stage of his career. Dr. Aspito treats the full range of orthodontic complexity: traditional and clear braces for children, teens, and adults; palatal expanders and temporary anchorage devices for cases requiring precise tooth control; surgical orthodontics coordinated with oral surgeons for jaw-corrective cases; TMJ disorder management; and emergency care. His guiding principle is that well-informed patients have nothing to fear.
